On-Call Reports shows your organization's on-call metrics for the last 30 days: how many incidents you had, how fast your team acknowledged and resolved them, and where they came from.
Where to find it
- In the Hub, open PSA → On-Call → Reports.
- Or go directly to /oncall/reports.
You need On-Call on your organization to open this page.
What the page shows
The window is always the last 30 days. There's no date-range picker.
- Total incidents: how many On-Call incidents were raised in the window.
- Resolution rate: the share of those incidents that were resolved.
- MTTA (mean time to acknowledge): the average time, in minutes, from when an incident triggered to when it was acknowledged. Incidents that were never acknowledged aren't counted.
- MTTR (mean time to resolve): the average time, in minutes, from when an incident triggered to when it was resolved, including auto-resolves. It's measured from trigger, not from acknowledgement.
- SLA breaches: how many SLA breaches happened in the window.
- By severity: incidents broken down by severity.
- Top services: the services with the most incidents.
