The Portfolio is CyberAssure's home page. It shows every managed client's CyberAssurance Score and posture trend in one table so you can see at a glance which clients are healthy and which need attention. This article covers adding a client, reading the portfolio table, and the summary banding.
Availability: CyberAssure features, including discovery and posture scoring, may be limited or not yet available in your environment. Treat a score as a guide, not a complete assessment of a client. If what you see doesn't match this article, submit a ticket.
Opening the Portfolio
Go to Portfolio (the default landing page) at app.theonestack.com/cyberassure/portfolio. The header shows when the data was last refreshed; use the Refresh button to re-pull.
Adding a Client
- Click Add Client (top right).
- Enter the client's organization ID — the managed organization's ID from your tenant. It starts with
org_and is the same ID that identifies the client across the rest of your stack (for exampleorg_acme_corp). - Click Add client.
The client is onboarded immediately and appears in the portfolio. It will not have a score yet — it shows under Awaiting First Assessment until you run discovery. To produce the first score, open the client and run discovery (see Posture Assessment).
Tip: if you are not sure of the org ID, the modal offers an example you can fill in to see the shape.
Reading the Portfolio Table
Each row is a client with these columns:
-
Client — friendly name plus the raw
org_ID. - Score — the CyberAssurance Score on the 0–1000 scale, with a banding pill: Good (≥ 750), Fair (500–749), or At Risk (< 500).
- Trend — up / down / stable versus the previous computation, with the prior score shown.
- Last Incident, Plans, Concentration Risk — portfolio rollups.
- Last Updated — when the score was last computed.
- Actions — View Details opens the client's posture, risk register, and recovery health.
At-risk rows (score < 500) are highlighted. The summary cards above the table count Total Clients, Good (≥ 750), and At Risk (< 500); a footer note calls out how many clients sit in the Fair range for remediation prioritisation.
Awaiting First Assessment
Clients you have onboarded but not yet scored appear in a separate Awaiting First Assessment list below the table. Open one and run discovery to generate its first posture score.
FAQ
Why does my new client have no score? A score only exists after discovery has been run and the score recomputed. New clients sit under "Awaiting First Assessment" until then.
What does the trend arrow compare against? The previous computed score. A down arrow with "was 812" means the score dropped from 812 at the last computation.
Can I remove a client? Yes — open the client detail and use Offboard. This removes them from the portfolio.
