Hearth is virtualization hosting built into The One Stack. It runs on Proxmox and gives your MSP one place in the Hub to see the hosts you run and the virtual machines on them, next to the RMM, PSA and CMDB tools you already use.
Included with The One Stack. Hearth isn't a separate product to buy. There's no extra SKU, price or upgrade: if your organization has The One Stack, Hearth is part of it.
Where to find Hearth in the Hub
Open Hearth from My Apps, or go straight to a page:
| Page | What it's for | Go to |
|---|---|---|
| Hosts | The Proxmox hosts connected to your organization. This is the Hearth home page. |
/hearth · Open Hosts
|
| VMs | The virtual machines running on your hosts |
/hearth/vms · Open VMs
|
| Host detail | One host, with its details split across tabs. Open it by clicking a host on the Hosts page. | /hearth/hosts/:id/:tab |
| Settings | Hearth settings for your organization |
/hearth/settings · Open Settings
|
You may see references to a Pending Hosts page (/hearth/pending). It's used only by The One Stack platform team. It isn't part of your organization's Hearth and you won't see it in your sidebar.
Where Hearth fits
- Manage devices and infrastructure. Hearth sits with RMM, CMDB, Edge and Backups: the tools your team uses to run client infrastructure.
- One sign-in, one Hub. Hearth uses the same Hub account, roles and organization as every other app. See Find anything in the Hub.
What this guide doesn't cover yet
This page is an overview. Step-by-step guides for creating and managing virtual machines, opening a VM console, and adding hosts will be published after Hearth's launch walkthrough is complete. For now:
- If you need help with a host or VM, submit a request and choose Hearth as the affected module.
