Overview
Most people in the portal see My Requests — the tickets they personally opened. Some users are also granted All Requests, a company-wide view that shows every support ticket for your whole organization, not just your own. This is for managers, office admins, or whoever coordinates IT on your side and needs the full picture.
My Requests vs. All Requests
- My Requests — the tickets you submitted. Everyone with portal access has this.
- All Requests — every ticket for your company, no matter who opened it. This nav item appears only if your IT provider has granted you the "View All Company Tickets" permission. It sits directly below My Requests in the sidebar.
If you don't see All Requests, you have access to your own tickets only. Ask your IT provider if you need company-wide visibility.
Use All Requests
- Click All Requests in the portal sidebar.
- You see the same ticket list as My Requests, but scoped to the whole company — so you can see what your colleagues have reported, the status of every open issue, and what was recently resolved.
- Open any ticket to read the details and follow its progress. Search and filter work the same as on My Requests.
What you can see
All Requests shows your company's tickets with their status, assignee, and history. You only ever see your own company's tickets — never another organization's.
Troubleshooting
I can see All Requests but it's empty. Your company may simply have no tickets yet, or your filters are hiding them. Clear filters and check again.
All Requests disappeared. The "View All Company Tickets" permission was likely changed by your IT provider. Contact them if you still need it.
I see fewer tickets than a colleague. If you only have My Requests (not All Requests), you see just your own. The colleague likely has the company-wide permission.
