Overview
Client 360 is the single-page, at-a-glance view of one client. Open it from PSA → Clients → (a company) and you see that client's people, ticket health, contracts, recurring revenue, and money owed — all in one place — so you walk into a renewal call or a QBR already knowing where things stand.
What Client 360 Shows
For the selected company, Client 360 aggregates the PSA-owned facts:
- Company identity — the canonical company record (scoped to your org; you only ever see your own clients).
- Contacts — the people at the company, primary contact first, with email, phone, title, and status.
- Ticket health — total tickets, currently open, currently overdue (open and past SLA due), and average resolution time. If tickets have CSAT responses, the average CSAT score over the last 90 days shows here too.
- Contracts — every contract with its type, status, term dates, value, and billing frequency.
- Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) — the normalized monthly value of the client's active contracts, so contracts billed annually or quarterly are all expressed as a monthly figure.
- Upcoming renewals — how many active contracts renew (end) within the next 60 days, so nothing lapses unnoticed.
- Invoice / AR health — total outstanding balance and an aging breakdown (current, 30, 60, 90+ days) for unpaid invoices (sent, partial, overdue), plus when the last invoice went out.
Common Uses
- Before a renewal or QBR — check MRR, upcoming renewals, ticket volume, and CSAT to frame the conversation.
- Collections — the AR aging buckets show exactly how overdue a client is before you chase payment.
- Health check — a spike in open/overdue tickets or a dip in CSAT flags a client who needs attention.
Troubleshooting
Client 360 is blank for a client. Make sure you opened a company that belongs to your organization — Client 360 returns "Client not found" for companies outside your org (tenant isolation), never another tenant's data.
CSAT shows nothing. CSAT is derived from this client's tickets that have survey responses in the last 90 days. A client with no surveyed tickets shows no CSAT average — that's expected.
MRR looks off. MRR counts only active contracts and normalizes each to a monthly amount. A contract that is draft, expired, or non-recurring won't contribute.
