Overview
Commerce is the platform's billing engine and the system behind the Billing area in the Hub. It is how The One Stack bills your MSP for the products you subscribe to. Everything about money between your MSP and the platform lives here: your plan and subscriptions, invoices, metered usage, payment methods, account credits, your service agreement, and your tax-exemption status. The MSP-facing experience is at app.theonestack.com/billing (the older /commerce URL redirects to /billing).
This is distinct from billing your own clients, which you do in PSA and sync to your own QuickBooks Online through Bridge.

Who Uses Commerce
Billing pages are restricted to the Owner and Finance roles. Adding or removing payment methods is Owner-only; Finance can view but not change them. Admins can activate products but do not see cost.
