New to The One Stack? This page is your checklist for the first day. Sign in at app.theonestack.com and the setup wizard opens automatically — it saves your progress, so you can stop and come back any time.
Who should do this: the account Owner. Billing steps need the Owner or Finance role.
Your first-day checklist
- Fill in your company profile. Your legal name and contact details appear on invoices and in your client portal.
- Add a payment method. In the Hub, open Billing and add a payment method so your trials convert without interruption. See Set up your account and billing.
- Choose your products. Start trials for the products you want (PSA, RMM, CRM, and more) under Billing. Most trials last 14 days.
- Invite your team. Go to Settings → Users and invite technicians by email. See Invite users.
- Add your first client and connect your sending domain, so ticket replies and invoices come from your own domain.
Get back to the setup wizard
Closed the wizard? Open app.theonestack.com/onboarding. Every step you skipped is still there. For a walkthrough of all 13 steps, see Set up your MSP with the onboarding wizard.
Two kinds of billing — don't mix them up
| Who pays whom | Where you manage it |
|---|---|
| Your MSP pays The One Stack for your subscriptions and usage | Billing in the Hub. See What is Commerce? |
| Your clients pay your MSP for your services | Invoices in PSA, synced to your QuickBooks Online through Bridge. See Connect QuickBooks Online |
