Clarity watches your business between meetings so you don't have to. Threshold alerts tell you the moment a metric crosses a line you set. Smart Alerts flag unusual patterns on their own. The weekly report lands in your leadership team's inbox on the day and time you choose.
How To: Create a threshold alert
- In Clarity, go to Alerts > New.
- Pick a metric, such as MRR, open tickets or SLA breach rate.
- Pick a condition (above, below or equals) and enter the threshold.
- Pick where the alert goes: the bell, email, or both.
- Save.
Alerts are checked on the 15-minute worker schedule. To check one right away, click Check on it. Past alerts are under Alerts > History.
How To: Turn on Smart Alerts
- Go to Smart Alerts.
- Turn on any of the platform's preset patterns, and edit which ones apply to you.
Smart Alerts look for anomalies using those preset patterns. You don't have to set a number.
How To: Schedule the weekly report
- Go to Settings > Weekly Report.
- Turn on Enable weekly report, then pick the Send Day and Send Time.
- Choose Brief or Full detail, and turn the sections you want on or off.
- Add the internal recipients.
- Save. The default schedule is Monday at 08:00 UTC until you change it.
- Click Send test now to email a copy to your recipients.
Need it now? Go to Reports > Weekly Report and click Generate Report. A monthly report has no in-app setup today.
Troubleshooting
An alert never fires. Check that the alert is active, that a recent sync has filled in the metric, and that the condition is really being met. The worker runs every 15 minutes.
The weekly report never arrived. Check that Enable weekly report is on, that at least one internal recipient is saved, and that your mail filters aren't hiding it.
