Clarity lets you download your synchronized PSA data as CSV files. Exports are useful for one-off analysis in a spreadsheet, sharing data with someone who does not have Clarity access, or feeding data into an external tool.
Every export is logged in the audit trail so you have a record of who downloaded what data and when.

Downloading an Export
- Go to Exports in the Clarity navigation.
- Click the CSV link next to the export you want.
- The file downloads immediately to your browser.
There are no date filters on the exports page — each export contains all records currently in Clarity's synchronized data for your organization.
Scheduled Email Delivery
For recurring exports, use the Reports feature instead of the Exports page. Scheduled reports can be configured to deliver data summaries by email on a weekly cadence — a monthly report has no in-app setup today.
See Alerts and weekly reports in Clarity for setting up scheduled delivery.
Audit Log Export
The Audit Log CSV records Clarity configuration actions: connector changes, dashboard creation, alert configuration, and report changes. It does not contain raw PSA ticket or invoice data. Use it for compliance reviews or to audit changes made by team members.
FAQ
Are exports filtered to a date range? Not from the Exports page — each CSV contains all data that has been synced into Clarity. To get a filtered data set, use the Query tool to write a natural-language question and export the resulting table.
Who can download exports? Any user with access to Clarity can download exports. All downloads are recorded in the audit log with the user's identity and timestamp.
How current is the exported data? Export data reflects the most recent PSA sync. Data syncs every 15 minutes in incremental mode. For the freshest data, trigger a manual sync from the Connectors page before downloading.
