Clarity is The One Stack's analytics and business intelligence product for MSPs and service organizations. It pulls data from your PSA system — tickets, time entries, contracts, and invoices — and surfaces dashboards, KPIs, scheduled reports, and alerts. It also answers questions in plain English through THEO, the platform's AI layer.
Clarity is designed for MSP operators, practice managers, and executives who need visibility into business performance without writing SQL or maintaining spreadsheets.

What Clarity Does
Clarity provides four main capabilities:
Business metrics and KPIs. Once connected to your PSA, Clarity calculates MRR, ARR, gross margin, active client count, open ticket volume, and headcount. Per-client health scores (0–100) combine ticket trend, SLA performance, open ticket age, and payment status into a single number.
Dashboards and queries. You build custom dashboards using drag-and-drop widgets or start from a ready-made template for your vertical. The Query tool lets you type a question in English — "Which client has the most overdue tickets?" — and THEO drafts the SQL, runs it, and returns a chart or table.
Reports and alerts. Scheduled reports are delivered by email on a weekly cadence you set in Settings → Weekly Report; a monthly report has no in-app setup today. Threshold alerts fire when a metric crosses a value you set. Smart Alerts detect anomalies automatically using preset patterns.
Exports and sharing. Any dashboard can be shared with a public 7-day link. Data can be exported as CSV for tickets, time entries, client profitability, tech performance, invoices, contracts, and the audit log.
Who Clarity Is For
- MSP owners and operations leads who want a live view of business health
- Service desk managers tracking SLA compliance and technician utilization
- Account managers reviewing per-client health before QBRs
- Finance staff who need profitability and invoice data without PSA access
Clarity reads your One Stack PSA natively, and also connects to Autotask, ConnectWise Manage and HaloPSA. External PSA connectors sync into Clarity; One Stack PSA is read live. Demo sample data in Clarity is not a PSA feed.
Verticals
Clarity adapts its language, benchmarks, and default dashboards based on your vertical: MSP or Legal. The vertical is detected from your settings or your active products and affects how THEO frames answers and how benchmarks are labeled.
FAQ

What PSA systems are supported? your One Stack PSA (natively), plus Autotask, ConnectWise Manage and HaloPSA. Connectors are set up in Clarity under Connectors > New. See Connect your PSA to Clarity.
How current is the data? The worker runs incremental syncs every 15 minutes after an initial full sync. You can also trigger a manual sync from the Connectors page at any time.
