Messages will let your clients and your team message each other in HCP (Hub Client Portal). It is part of The One Stack and is being built now.
Your MSP will be able to brand it, so your clients may see your own product name instead of The One Messages.
Where it stands today
As of today, Messages is not available in the client portal. We will update this page when it is.
What clients can use today
- Support chat with your IT provider, from Support in the client portal.
- THEO for IT help. See Get IT help from THEO.
These are separate from Messages and keep working as they do now.
