⛔ HaloPSA is NOT a supported Bridge connector. Bridge cannot connect to HaloPSA. This article is kept so that anyone who searches for "HaloPSA" gets a straight answer instead of the connect steps that used to be published here.
What Bridge can connect to
Bridge's built-in connector catalog has 12 platforms: ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, NinjaOne (Ninja RMM), Datto RMM, QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Pax8, Hudu, IT Glue, and Snipe-IT. HaloPSA is not one of them — there is no HaloPSA entry in the connector catalog, no HaloPSA option when you create a connection, and no credentials that would make a HaloPSA connection work.
Earlier versions of this page walked through registering an API application inside HaloPSA and pasting credentials into Bridge so the connection could be tested. That connector was removed. Those steps could not have worked, and following them wasted an MSP's time.
What to do instead

If your PSA is ConnectWise Manage or Autotask, use one of those platform guides: Connecting ConnectWise Manage or Connecting Autotask.

If your PSA is anything else, HaloPSA included, Bridge can still reach it through a custom connector — you define the platform's HTTP API yourself. Bridge recommends a custom connector for any platform that isn't in the built-in catalog; see What Is Bridge.

If you want a first-party HaloPSA connector, ask platform support. HaloPSA is not on the connector roadmap, so this is a product request rather than a configuration step.
