Bridge is the integration and automation hub of The One Stack. It connects your existing PSA, RMM, documentation, and accounting tools to the platform, keeps data in sync on a schedule you define, and lets you build automated workflows between systems without writing code. Bridge is also the single API gateway that your team and your clients use to call the products published for API access — PSA, CRM, RMM and CMDB today, each reachable from the Starter tier. Anything not published is refused.
Finance → Payment Sync (/psa/admin/integrations). Connect QuickBooks Online (or Xero) and run invoice/payment sync here. These connections are owned by Bridge. You can also reach this page from Settings → Integrations & Migration → Integrations (same URL). Note: Finance → Billing Integration (/psa/finance/billing/settings) holds PSA's own billing settings. It does not set up the QuickBooks sync, so don't label it "QuickBooks."
Who It Is For
Bridge is used by MSP administrators and operations leads who need to pull historical data out of a legacy tool, keep a live PSA in sync with platform records, or automate repetitive cross-system work. It is also used by any staff member who needs programmatic API access to platform products.
Supported Integrations
Bridge includes built-in connectors for 12 external platforms:
| Category | Platforms |
|---|---|
| PSA | ConnectWise Manage, Autotask (Datto) |
| RMM | NinjaOne (Ninja RMM), Datto RMM |
| Accounting | QuickBooks, Xero |
| Microsoft / Google | Microsoft 365, Google Workspace |
| Distribution | Pax8 |
| Documentation | Hudu, IT Glue |
| Asset management | Snipe-IT |
For any platform not on this list, you can define a custom connector using any HTTP API.
Core Capabilities
Connections — Store encrypted credentials for an external platform and test the connection before anything runs.
Historical imports — Pull years of existing data (companies, tickets, contacts, time entries, etc.) out of a legacy system into the platform in one go.
Sync profiles — Set up recurring inbound, outbound, or bidirectional syncs on hourly, daily, weekly, or manual schedules.
Integration Flows — A visual, no-code automation builder with triggers, actions, filters, branches, loops, delays, and error handlers.
Field mapping and transforms — 28 built-in operations for cleaning, reshaping, and mapping fields between external systems and the platform.
Webhooks — Accept real-time event pushes from external systems via inbound webhook URLs you control, or subscribe to outbound notifications to keep external systems updated.
API gateway — Issue API keys for your team (bridge_ prefix) or for individual clients (bridge_co_ prefix) that call the products published for API access (PSA, CRM, RMM and CMDB today) through a single URL. Anything not published is refused.
Conflict resolution — When the same record changes on both sides of a sync, Bridge surfaces the conflict and lets you resolve it manually or with auto-resolve rules.
Error recovery — Failed records from any sync, import, or flow land in a recovery screen where you can retry, skip, or request an AI-assisted fix.
FAQ
Do I need Bridge to use other products? No. Most products work standalone. Bridge is needed when you want to connect an external tool, run automated workflows, or issue API keys for gateway access.
Is Bridge available on all plans?
Bridge requires at minimum the Starter plan. The API gateway serves only the products published for API access — PSA, CRM, RMM and CMDB today, each reachable from the Starter tier. Anything not published is refused, and the gateway's own document at /api/v1/bridge/openapi.json lists what is available.
Are credentials stored securely? Yes. Each org gets its own AES-256-GCM encryption key from Azure Key Vault. Credentials are encrypted before they reach the database and are never returned to the UI.
